Dominican Drug Lord Was Hiding in Asturias

Agents from the National Police and the Civil Guard continue to investigate a drug trafficking network based in Gijón, which distributed cocaine in Spain and Portugal. Four members of the gang, including its leader, a Dominican named Auris, engaged in a shootout with the GEO of the Police on November 9 in El Casar de Escalona (Toledo), resulting in the death of one of the drug traffickers. The gang's leader, Auris, is currently in prison.
