Storm Francis has caused 261 incidents in Andalusia, mainly in Cadiz and Malaga, resulting in the evacuation of at least 47 people, 30 of whom were in Estación de Cártama, Malaga. The phenomenon is expected to move eastward, with the possibility of snowfall.
