The IES Camp de Morvedre has installed a calisthenics park so that students can engage in physical activity outdoors. This project was chosen because it is a sport beneficial for improving functional strength, mobility, flexibility, and coordination. It is an accessible workout, adaptable to all levels. Furthermore, it contributes to better posture, balance, and overall body health by strengthening the joints and improving endurance. This initiative was carried out by the ArcelorMittal Community Investment Plan, as the entity allocates a budget to assist different associations in the municipality through annual calls, in which various organizations present their projects.

Collaboration at the School
In 2023, the school's management became aware of these aids and presented the first project. The first initiative they collaborated on was Family Camp. Since then, ArcelorMittal has continued to collaborate on the different projects that the school has carried out.

Calisthenics Park
Coinciding with the start of the school year, the school opened the doors of its new calisthenics park. Thanks to the contribution of the plant, students now have greater facilities to exercise during physical education classes.

Other Initiatives
One of the projects that is reporting the best results is the initiative Get in my shoes, which "aims for social and cultural integration through the improvement of the school library, both in bibliographic resources and in the creation of a space with positive energy," according to the company.
